COVID-19 update
Taking care of others – and ourselves

American Legion Auxiliary members are nurturers. We take care of others – especially veterans, military, and their families -- and we always put service above self. It’s in our DNA and has been since our organization’s founding more than a century ago.

That’s why, as we learn more about COVID-19 (coronavirus), it’s hard for us to think about distancing ourselves from others. But as the Centers for Disease Control tell us, we all must do our part in protecting each other during this pandemic.

We appreciate the health and safety of our members, and we understand that we have members who fall into the coronavirus at-risk categories. We will continue to follow CDC guidelines in all matters. American Legion Auxiliary National Headquarters is closely monitoring this rapidly developing situation and will keep our members updated and informed as necessary.

Please: As you learn more about the coronavirus and take care of yourselves, we ask that you also look after the members of all ages in our organization. Let’s uplift each other and keep the positive thoughts rolling.
