Flags of Valor creates handcrafted patriotic pieces made in the USA by skilled veterans and artisans.
Brian Steorts, a retired U.S. Army 82nd Airborne paratrooper and U.S. Air Force special operations pilot, founded the business after falling in love with woodworking while in rehabilitation for a service-related injury.
He donated his handmade wooden American flags to families of fallen servicemembers, which inspired him to start his business in 2015.
Since then, FOV has gone through an evolution.
What began as making wooden American flags for the families of fallen servicemembers has grown into a mission-driven brand producing a wide range of American-made products, including wooden flags, challenge coin holders, cutting boards, coasters, and bourbon barrel goods.
