1. Complementary Preferred Membership for all travelers allow you to bypass the rental counter and go directly to your car with no paperwork to sign. You can access a profile online that has been pre-filled with the American Legion Auxiliary, AVIS Worldwide Discount (AWD) number, approved car groups, and insurance designation. To enroll, just complete, sign and return a Preferred Master Rental Agreement.
When filling out your AVIS Preferred profile:
- If you do not have an AVIS Wizard #, leave the field blank and one will be assigned. If you do have an AVIS Wizard #, enter that number and it will be linked to your American Legion Auxiliary program.
- Optional Insurance coverages have been pre-declined in keeping with your corporate travel policy.
- Contact your travel department when you receive your Wizard #, so your travel profile me be updated.
