The National Finance Committee oversees the general financial policiy of the National Organization, subject to the ratification of the National Executive Committee. Members are charged with the preparation of a yearly budget and shall supervise the expenditures of the funds under that budget.

The Finance Division of our organization is administered by the National Treasurer and is wholly a financial department, all matters pertaining to finances and all monies be handled by the National Treasurer directly.
