American Legion Auxiliary Call To Service Corps

Uncle Sam called and we answered!  The Auxiliary is now recruiting 20 full-time, patriotic, committed and talented AmeriCorps VISTA volunteers to help launch the American Legion Auxiliary Call to Service Corps. This new project is aimed at helping military and veteran families who are fighting the battle of the ongoing domestic war on poverty.  Position duties vary and include responsibilities in the areas of communications, fundraising, field mobilization, volunteer, program, partnership and management information system development.  

Positions are available at the Auxiliary’s national headquarters in Indianapolis, IN, and in Auxiliary state offices in  Portage, WI.  

Veterans, relatives of veterans and military service members, and American Legion Auxiliary members are highly encouraged to apply.
